DIY crafts are definitely one of the top 10 things you should be doing when you have your kids with you at home all day.

They’re a temporary distraction for your kids so they don’t focus on being indoors.

I recently found these awesome diy crafts for kids and I’ve been using them successfully in addition to other indoor games and activities to keep my kids happy indoors.

Here they are:

1.The Paper Roll Dragon Craft

I don’t know if you’ve seen this one before but I actually saw it on One Little Project and I instantly knew that my kids would love it!

I wasn’t wrong. This simple craft was a huge hit in my house 😂

Basically, it’s a fire breathing, paper roll dragon craft that is ridiculously simple to make.

This craft was actually inspired by the classic Roald Dahl book, The BFG. You and your kids will enjoy this craft more once they’ve read the books or seen the movie. So, as a fun activity, watch the movie together as a family and read the books to them at bedtime.
